Chers amis, au cours d’un voyage en Italie, j’ai fait une découverte qui me marquera pour toute ma vie. Dans une petit restaurant de pâtes où je dégustais de délicieux anti pastis et que je m’apprêtais à profiter de mes raviolis à la pancetta et à la ricotta, le serveur m’apporta le Chianti (vin italien) que j’avais commandé dans un verre que l’habitué que je suis n’avais jamais vu.

Ce verre m’a surpris pour plusieurs raison : par sa taille tout d’abord, car il était très gros, tellement gros qu’une bouteille entière de vin pouvais tenir dedans, tout simplement impressionnant. Ce verre a attiré mon regard par son extrême finesse mais également sa grande robustesse. Si j’ai eu peur de la briser et le prenant dans ma main, je me suis rapidement aperçu qu’il était très résistant aux chocs et au poids d’une contenance importante. Son style et son design enfin éteint vraiment particulier : une très longue tige, un calice fin et un cristal absolument magnifique. Oui vraiment ce verre Zalto m’a ébahi.
